Salem Community High School (SCHS) hosted its 2024 Prom activities on Friday night, May 3, in B.E. Gum Gymnasium.
The theme for this year’s prom was “Timeless Memories,” and the colors representing the theme were gold, champagne and black.
During the coronation ceremony at 9:30 p.m. that evening, seniors Dyson Hails, son of Roger and Brenda Hails of Salem, and Miranda Podergois, daughter of Frank and Nikki Podergois of Salem and Misty Podergois of Centralia, were crowned as the 2024 SCHS Prom King and Queen.
