Pastor Karl Barnfield will bring the message during the 10 a.m. worship service this Sunday at Eternity Baptist Church in Centralia. Pastor will preach on, “It’s Not All Bad News.” Church members are preparing shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. Empty boxes and tags are in the foyer. Monya Dye can answer any additional questions. Bill and Monya Dye are the leaders for the OCC box ministry. Sunday, November 18th is the turn in date for the boxes.
The “Real Men Love Jesus” get-togethers take place monthly the last Tuesday of each month at the Pastor’s house at 6 p.m. There will be no meetings in November and December due to the holidays.
“Revelation, Because the Time is Near” Bible study in the Book of Revelation and A Study of Current Events. This class takes place on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. in the worship area. The class is taught by Brian Lowe and Sandy Rice. Guests are welcome to attend. Life Group classes take place at 6 p.m. Sundays for nursery, children, youth, couples, men and women.
Separate Men’s and Women’s Small group Bible studies take place at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesdays. AWANA is held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. The Youth meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays at the church. Dennis or Melissa Siebert may be contacted for information concerning the youth program. The youth are preparing shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child this year. Durign November, the youth will be raking leaves for church members and a Youth Lock in is planned.
A clothing giveaway continues from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursdays at the Annex across from the main church building. Church members are asked to bring small bottles of shampoo and conditioner, razors, toothbrushes and toothpaste and deodorant for men and women.
