Rotary District 6510 immediate Past District Governor Robin Dean presents Tom Ballagh, Centralia Rotary Club President, with the 2025 Rotarian of the Year award. This award is given to the Rotarian who has upheld the ideals of Rotary International and has performed above and beyond for their community, Southern Illinois, and the world. There are about 1,150 Rotarians in 43 clubs in District 6510.
