The holidays are the perfect time to get creative — and what better way to do that than with a hands-on horticulture project? University of Illinois Extension invites you to join us for festive workshops designed to bring nature indoors and add a personal touch to your holiday décor.
Dried Flower Ornament Workshops
Add a homemade touch to your holiday decorations with beautiful dried flower ornaments. Learn how to preserve flowers and craft keepsakes perfect for gifting or decorating year after year.
Workshops will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Dec. 3 at the Washington County Education Building, 9623 Wall St, Nashville; Dec. 10 at the Clinton County Extension Office, 1163 N. Fourth St, Breese; and Dec. 11 at the Jefferson County Extension Office, 4202 Williamson Place, Ste 2, Mt. Vernon.
Advance registration is required. Spaces are limited, so don’t miss your chance to celebrate the season with creativity and community. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just looking for a fun evening out, these workshops offer something for everyone. Each session is $5.
