Golden anniversary

Steve and Margaret Loomis of Waterloo are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. They were united in marriage on June 2, 1973, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Centralia, with Father Ralph Arnold officiating. Steve is the son of the late Jim and Theresa Loomis of Centralia. Margaret is the daughter of the late Joe and Dolores Kluck of Centralia. Steve and Margaret have two children, Denise Meyerkord and husband Andrew of Crestwood, Missouri, and Matt Loomis and wife Anilise, of Webster Groves, Missouri. They have five fantastic grandchildren, Benjamin and Hannah Meyerkord, and Emerson, Garrison and Flannery Loomis. The couple are planning a special trip to Estes Park, Colorado, where they spent their honeymoon.
